Selfie Campaign T&Cs

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the selfie campaign organized by Piramal Pharma Limited ("Organizer"). By posting a selfie with our campaign hashtags, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility, Contest Period & goodies

• Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of India.
• Validity & goodies Quantity: The offer is valid for a limited time during the Tetmosol Summer Suraksha campaign period. There is no fixed number of goodies; the offer is strictly valid until stock is available ("Offer valid on limited stock and time").
• Your social media profile must be set to "Public" so our team can view and track your hashtagged post.

2. Winner Selection & Announcement

• Selection Method: This is a judged competition based on skill and audience engagement. It is not a game of chance. Winners will be strictly selected based on the overall response (such as likes, comments, and shares) their shared post receives on social media.
• Announcement Timeline: Winners will be contacted via direct message (DM) on the social media platform they used to participate within 6 months of the campaign's conclusion.
• Taxes & Charges: There are no charges or taxes applicable to the winner. All goodies dispatch and associated costs will be covered entirely by the Organizer.

3. Image Ownership & Brand Association

By uploading your image to social media using our campaign hashtags, you guarantee the following:

• You are the rightful owner of the image.
• You have obtained explicit consent from any other individuals appearing in the photograph.
• You grant Piramal Pharma Limited the right to view, track, and record your post's metrics for the purpose of contest evaluation.
• By providing the image, you grant the brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and publish the image on the brand’s official website and social media channels for brand communication and promotional purposes. Any use beyond this scope shall require your separate, explicit consent.

Any personal details collected directly from you (such as your delivery address via DM if you win) will be used solely for goodies fulfillment and will be securely deleted 6 months after the campaign ends.
