This Privacy Notice explains how Piramal Pharma Limited ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you participate in the Tetmosol Skin Check-Up Camp and the #MyTetmosolSelfie Campaign.

1. Information We Collect

• Registration Data: Full Name, Phone Number, and City.
• Selfie Campaign Data: Images (selfies) uploaded by you, along with any associated meta-data.

2. Purpose and Use of Data

Your data will be used strictly for the following purposes:

• Camp Coordination: To send you service messages regarding registration confirmation, schedule updates, and venue details via WhatsApp, SMS, or Voice Calls. Service messages are strictly distinct from marketing communications.
• Contest Evaluation: To review your selfie submissions, select winners, and coordinate goodies distribution.
• Marketing Communications: We will only send promotional messages if you have explicitly checked the optional marketing consent box during registration.

3. Image Processing & Storage (Selfie Campaign)

If you participate in the #MyTetmosolSelfie campaign:

• Storage Location: Images are stored on secure, encrypted cloud servers managed by Piramal Pharma Limited and our authorized technology vendors.
• Access: Only authorized campaign moderators and vendors have access to these images for evaluation purposes.
• Moderation: Images containing minors (without verified parental consent), offensive material, third-party copyrighted content, or sensitive personal information (like ID cards) are strictly prohibited and will be immediately deleted.
• Public Display: Your image will not be displayed publicly on our website or social media unless explicit, separate consent has been obtained from you.

4. Data Retention

We do not keep your personal data forever. All registration data and uploaded selfie images will be stored securely for a period of 6 months post the conclusion of the campaign. After this period, all personal data and images will be permanently and securely deleted from our servers and vendor databases.

5. Data Security

We implement basic and standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data and images against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure or access.

6. Your Rights (Withdrawal & Deletion)

You have full control over your data. At any point, you have the right to:

• Withdraw your consent for marketing communications.
• Request an immediate takedown or deletion of your uploaded selfie image.
• Request the deletion of your personal registration details.
